On the run

Jamie says: We've been busy here, and not taking too many pictures. Also, my Android phone sucks. Even opening the photo app takes about 5 seconds. I guess I've been spoiled by Apple. Louis CK would roll his eyes. 

Both girls are feeling better and both went to school this morning. Charlie and I went backpack shopping today. She has been begging for a new backpack, and also a dog (but that's another story). 

[Jonathan interrupts to say: I told Charlie we would consider getting her a dog when she's older. She said, "You mean when I'm ten?" Phew.] 

I've been working on the Greater Giving database for the MSC (PS333) Gala which is this Saturday. That's taken up a lot of my time. Tomorrow we're taking individual Spanish lessons in our apartment. Because of the baby's school schedule, we haven't been able to take the Spanish class I had intended. Looking forward to a private lesson jump-starting some improvement. 

One of the best parts of being abroad may be not having to deal with the constant onslaught of the Trump cabinet and disgusting right-wing bigoted politics enveloping the US. I still scream at the radio, but not as much.
